EB-5EB-5 Investor Green Card
The EB-5 program grants permanent residence to investors who make a qualifying investment in a U.S. business that creates at least ten full-time jobs.
What we handle
- Strategy: regional center versus direct investment, and the set-aside categories for rural, high-unemployment and infrastructure projects
- Minimum investment under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022: currently US$800,000 in a targeted employment area or infrastructure project, otherwise US$1,050,000
- Lawful source and path of funds — the heart of every EB-5 petition
- Form I-526E petition, and concurrent I-485 filing for investors in the U.S. when a visa number is available
- Consular processing for investors abroad
- Form I-829 to remove conditions on permanent residence
How we work
We do not sell or recommend investment projects and receive no compensation from them. Our role is legal: we review the project documents with you, prepare the petition and document your funds.
Visa availability changes monthly. Whether you can file concurrently depends on the current Visa Bulletin for your country and category.
